It is recalled that the beneficiaries of these economic benefits are obliged to apply every year, between 1 July and 30 November, for renewal for the following year, in order to maintain their right to this pension.
*If the renewal is not requested, the right is automatically extinguished from January 1.

- Complete the “Responsible Declaration on Faith in Life and Income”:
- Benefits due to necessity (residents abroad)
- Economic Benefit (Old Age and Disability) - Responsible Declaration (application or renewal)
- Assistance pension for returnees (residents of Spain)
- Pensión Asistencial por Ancianidad para Españoles de Origen Retornados – Declaración Responsable sobre Fe de Vida e Ingresos (renovación)
- Benefit for “War Children”
- Residents of Spain – Responsible declaration (application or renewal)
- Residents Abroad – Responsible Declaration (Application or Renewal)
- Benefits due to necessity (residents abroad)
- A “Faith of life and state” issued by a Civil Registry.
Other documentation: In addition, it will be necessary to attach all the documentation that proves your current family economic situation of coexistence:
- Personal income and income of family members.
- Accrediting certificates, where applicable, related to changes of address, bank account and other situations.
Beneficiary obligation: It is recalled that, in accordance with article 12 of Royal Decree 8/2008, of 11 January, the beneficiaries of the benefit, will be obliged to report, within a maximum period of thirty days from the date on which it occurs, any variation of their situation of coexistence, marital status, own or external economic resources computable and any others that may have an impact on the conservation or amount of it.

- in any of the places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
- or, through the Registry of the City Council where your residence was established, if you have a telematic system to send the documentation to the Auxiliary Registry of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, located in José Abascal 39 of Madrid.
In the case of the renovations of the Benefits for Reasons of Need and Children of War Abroad, it is advisable to consult in advance the competent Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security.
