It is a country with a great variety of climates and reliefs.
Some 40 ethnic groups inhabit its territory, being official 37 languages, which include all of the indigenous ethnic groups and Spanish. Culturally relevant for the 35,000 archaeological sites located in the different climatic zones of its territory, mostly belonging to the Inca culture and other pre-Inca.
It has a large number of World Heritage Sites including the City of Potosí, the Historical City of Sucre, the Jesuit Missions of Chiquitos, the Carnival of Oruro and the Twanacu Culture Center.
