New Zealand

New Zealand, whose official names are New Zealand in English and Aotearoa in Maori, is an island country located in the southwest of the Pacific Ocean consisting of two large islands, the North Island and the South Island, along with other smaller islands, including Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands. The North Island is the most populous and constitutes the core of business and commercial activities, while the South Island is richer in landscapes and natural parks. The main city is Auckland and the capital is Wellington. Its majority population is of European origin, but the Maori represent a significant minority.
