Functions of the Vice-Chairs

  • To replace, by his order, the President in cases of vacancy, absence or illness, exercising the functions attributed to him.
  • Exercise the functions intrinsic to their status as members of the Council, with the right to vote.
  • Perform all other functions delegated to them by the President.
