Andorra

The Principality of Andorra is a sovereign state of southwestern Europe located in the Pyrenees between Spain and France, with an average altitude of 1,996 meters above sea level. It is bordering on the south with Spain, bordering on the Catalan regions of Cerdanya, Alto Urgel and Pallars Sobirá, and on the north with France, bordering on the department of Ariège, in the region of Midi-Pyrénées.
It is a social and democratic state governed by the rule of law, whose political regime is the parliamentary Coprincipate and whose Heads of State are the Bishop of Urgel and the President of the French Republic. Its official language is Catalan.
