Son of emigrants from Navarre who left Spain due to the economic situation at the beginning of the 60s, he was born and lives in Paris.

He works in the world of the Press. Since always involved in the associative movement, he is currently general secretary of the APFERF Confederation, which brings together different associations of Spanish emigrants in France.

He emigrated to France in 2007 for work reasons, where he began working in a multinational computer company in which he is currently responsible for operations. President of the CRE of Montpellier and of the association Ateneo Popular Español of Montpellier. Member of the Conseil des Estrangers of the City of Montpellier.

General Councillor for France. Vice President Commission on Civil Rights and Participation

He emigrated with his parents to France in 1962, looking for a better life. He studied Economic Sciences in Nanterre and when he finished he founded a Spanish bookshop in Paris. He is treasurer of the House of Spain of the Parisian Region and member of many other associations of Spaniards in the French capital.
