Son of Galician and Basque emigrants. Entrepreneur in the real estate and transport sector.Linked to the Galician Center of Montevideo since childhood, president of the Federation of Spanish Institutions in Uruguay and president of the CRE of Montevideo. He received the Gold Medal of Emigration in 2015.
