MOROCCO
Morocco, officially called the Kingdom of Morocco, is a country located in North Africa, with coasts in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. It is separated from Europe by the Strait of Gibraltar. Its neighbouring countries are: Algeria to the east (the border with Algeria has been closed since 1994), by southern Mauritania and by northern Spain, with whom it maintains commercial ties and shares both maritime and land borders (autonomous Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla and Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera).
There are also other Spanish enclaves on the Mediterranean coast (Peñón de Alhucemas, and the Chafarinas Islands).
