Mexico

Mexico, whose official name is the United Mexican States, is made up of 31 states, which together with the Federal District form a presidential republic. It is one of the largest countries in America, with a rugged relief dotted with multiple volcanoes, and is home to 10% of the world’s biodiversity.
Its cultural relevance is such that it has 31 cultural or natural sites considered by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity and its cuisine – a mixture of Spanish cuisine and native Indians – has been declared as Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
