Cualquier tipo de solicitud o documento relacionado con el proceso de Regularización Extraordinariahabrá de articularse, no por este Registro General del Ministerio, sino por las vías específicas habilitadas para dicho proceso. Information and Managerial Attention

Requests for information on matters within the Ministry's competence will be answered by telephone from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by telephone 91 363 76 70 and by email at portal@inclusion.gob.es.

From June 16 to September 15, the telephone service will be from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
