Tipología de Proyectos - Migrations

In the period 2021-2027, the projects co-financed by the ESF+ within the Secretariat of State for Migration will respond to the following typology:

1. Development of individualized work placement itineraries for immigrants and beneficiaries or applicants for international protection.

   The itineraries are composed of the following phases: first reception, care and social intervention; entry to the employment program, analysis and diagnosis of employability; orientation, information and formalization of the individualized itinerary; pre-employment training and vocational training, accompaniment and follow-up; motivational reinforcement and job insertion, accompaniment and follow-up in employment.

   These projects may fall into one of the following categories:

   • Itineraries of insertion into the labour market for employed persons
   • Itineraries of insertion on its own account
   • Itineraries of labour insertion in rural areas
   • Work placement itineraries aimed at families
   • Work placement itineraries aimed at victims of gender violence
   • Employment integration itineraries for victims of trafficking

    

2. Projects to promote and raise awareness of cultural diversity, equal treatment and non-discrimination, prevention of racism, xenophobia and intolerance, gender violence and trafficking in human beings.

3. Projects aimed at legal operators, State security forces and bodies, other public employees, professionals and, in general, people occupying jobs that involve attention to third-country nationals, attending to their training, promotion of skills, training or strengthening of competences in the following areas:

   • Interculturality.
   • Racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including hate crimes.
   • Equality of opportunities and non-discrimination.
   • Gender-based violence, including female genital mutilation.
   • Trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual and/or labour exploitation.
   • Training activities for intercultural mediators, aimed at improving the training of this group, will also be included.

4. Projects to combat hate crimes and hate speech, which may consist of:

• Detection, follow-up and accompaniment of third-country nationals who are victims of hate crimes motivated by racism, xenophobia or related intolerance, in the face of complaints filed in the courts, including advisory activities, legal protection and psychosocial support.
• Denounce and follow up racist or xenophobic incidents, or projects that, through popular action, make it easier to combat infraderie in the field of hate crimes.
• Projects of collaboration of the entities of the Third Sector in the improvement of the analysis and elaboration of information systems, promoting the creation of social networks and platforms that facilitate the establishment of prevention measures, as well as the actions in the criminal legal field of crimes of hatred for racism, xenophobia and associated intolerance.
