The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (FAMI) is the European Union's financial instrument for cofinancing projects that promote the effective management of migratory flows and the development of the common asylum and immigration policy.
In Spain, the FAMI management authority is the Subdirectorate General for Economic Management and European Funds (SGGEFE) of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration.
The Ministry of the Interior ' s Subdirectorate General for Planning and Management of Infrastructures and Means for Security (SGPGIMS) also acts as an intermediate agency for the implementation of projects related to the objectives of asylum and return procedures.
